Acceptance of Terms
By using Vayita, you agree to these terms. Vayita provides infrastructure for witnessing work, issuing credentials, and verifying capability. We are not a marketplace, job board, or employer.
Contributor Terms
Contributors agree to complete work honestly within witnessed environments. Attempting to defraud the witness network, fabricate evidence, or misrepresent credentials results in immediate revocation and potential legal action.
Organization Terms
Organizations sponsoring challenges agree to define fair, real challenges and respect contributor work product. Evidence generated through sponsored challenges is owned by the contributor, not the sponsor.
Credential Integrity
Credentials are cryptographically signed and verifiable. Tampering with, forging, or misrepresenting credentials is prohibited and detectable through the protocol integrity mechanisms.
Limitation of Liability
Vayita provides infrastructure. We are not liable for the quality of work completed, hiring decisions made by organizations, or outcomes of credential verification. The protocol provides proof — interpretation is the user's responsibility.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Credentials already issued remain valid and portable — they are yours regardless of account status. Vayita may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
