Security Architecture
Vayita is designed with security as the foundation, not a feature. Every layer — identity, workspace, evidence, credentials, verification — is independently secured and auditable.
Cryptographic Standards
We use industry-standard cryptography: W3C Verifiable Credentials, decentralized identifiers (DIDs), content-addressed storage, and zero-knowledge proofs. All signatures use modern, vetted algorithms.
Evidence Integrity
Evidence is sealed using cryptographic hashing. The chain of custody — from contribution to evidence to credential — is tamper-evident. Any modification breaks the chain and is immediately detectable.
Fraud Resistance
Multiple independent witnesses, cryptographic sealing, AI anomaly detection, and immutable logging make fraud economically and technically prohibitive. Fraud requires corrupting the entire trust chain simultaneously.
Incident Response
In the event of a security incident, Vayita will notify affected users promptly, provide transparency on scope and impact, and take corrective action. The immutable log ensures full auditability.
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us through our security contact. We operate a responsible disclosure program and acknowledge contributions to platform security.
